Application For Major/Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat Approval
MINOR SUBDIVISION: Any subdivision containing not more than two (2) lots fronting on an existing street, not involving any new street or road, or the extension of municipal facilities or the creation of any public improvements, and not adversely affecting the remainder of the parcel or adjoining property, and not in conflict with any provision or portion of the Benton County Comprehensive Land Use Plan, Benton County Zoning Ordinance, or the regulation contained in this ordinance. In addition, neither of the parcels shall have been a part of a minor subdivision within the preceding five (5) years. Subdivisions meeting the criteria for an Administrative Subdivision under Sections 10.6 A, B, or C of Benton County Development Code Ord. No. 1285 shall not constitute a minor subdivision and this ordinance shall not apply to such subdivisions. (Town of Watab, Ordinance No. 9)

The Planning Commission meets the first Tuesday of each month. Documents and proposals to be considered must be submitted a minimum of 10 days prior to the committee meeting for publication.
